Case studies

We have no customer results yet, and we will not make any up. These are the three problems from our research, and how we will measure whether Repwing fixes them in our first pilot.

Ten offers shown as circles: six filled, four empty, meaning six were followed up and four were not.

The follow-up gap

What we learned

In one of our 22 discovery interviews, a SaaS sales team told us it followed up on only about 60% of its offers. Nobody planned it that way. Follow-up simply lost out to the next call.

Why it matters

Every offer without a follow-up is a deal that can go quiet.

What Repwing does

The phone assistant calls the buyer after the offer, asks whether anything is still open and passes the answer on to the seller.

How we will measure it

Share of offers that get a follow-up, before and after.

Four meeting cards: three with a green check mark and one crossed out, meaning one in four meetings does not happen.

The meeting that never happens

What we learned

Missed meetings are a problem to measure in our first pilot; we do not claim a verified universal no-show rate.

Why it matters

A missed meeting is lost time on both sides, and the seller finds out too late.

What Repwing does

The assistant confirms the meeting by phone, offers a new slot on the spot and tells the seller straight away.

How we will measure it

No-show rate per booking channel, before and after.

Sellers who talk too much

What we learned

Gong reports a historical 43:57 talk-to-listen benchmark. We will test whether concise guidance helps sellers uncover buyer needs.

Why it matters

A seller who talks more learns less about the buyer's problem.

What Repwing does

Live tips and a checklist remind the seller to ask about problem, impact and numbers before pitching.

How we will measure it

Seller talk ratio and checklist completion per call.
